Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy for your convenience.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, with no signs of wear, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Non-refundable: Original shipping fees, used, or customized items.
- U.S. Returns: A $4.95 USD fee is deducted from refunds or credits for return shipping. Prepaid labels are provided.
How to Start Your Return
Log in to your Account Center using your purchase email or contact us at help@friday.style for defective or incorrect items.
Once we have your return shipment, refunds or store credits will be issued within 1-2 business days. Exchange orders are processed within 3-7 business days unless the Instant Exchange option is selected.
Refund Policy
The original shipping fee is non-refundable unless a shipping error occurred. Refunds include the value of returned items at purchase, plus applicable sales tax, minus discounts and a $4.95 U.S. return shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or the store credit after items are received, processed, and restocked.
Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method.
Exchange Policy
If you opt to exchange an item, the new order will be processed and shipped after we receive your return at our warehouse. For U.S. customers selecting the Instant Exchange option, the new order is shipped immediately.
Price differences between returned and exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly: overpayments require completing payment before submitting the request, while partial refunds are processed per the Refund Policy.
